About us
Our group has been created to provide highly innovative technologies and services to enhance and automate the process of pharmacy compounding. We have a range of technological solutions to address the compounding processes for both Aseptic and Non-Sterile compounding processes. These technologies are designed to automate operations to ensure safety and accuracy are maximised, but also to alleviate staff time to focus on more patient-focused, value-added services.
In addition to the technologies we provide, our Group has developed the technical expertise and quality systems necessary to provide our customer base with the associated services required. These services range from the provision of services and documentation required to achieve validated installations, through to a team of trained, local engineers to support you and the equipment.

Safety
The automated mixing process, in combination with a closed-mixing system, ensures operator safety is maximised. Furthermore, the automated nature and high reproducibility of mixing with an Unguator® system, in combination with the Unguator® consumables solution, ensures patient safety is optimised.
The UNGUATOR® systems all provide a closed-mixing system with ‘sweep–wall’ technology to ensure mixing conditions are optimised for mixing quality and speed. The solution consists of one of the range of Unguator® mixing machines in combination with specially designed jars (Unguator® Consumables) which allow the product to be mixed in the final jar which is to be given to the patient/customer. This combination has revolutionised the compounding process for some items, along with the system’s ease-of-use, had led to huge benefits for all those sites which employ the system.

The Unguator® Accessories
The Unguator® solutions are available with a full range of accessories to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and speed of the compounding and application processes. The Unguator® jar design allows optimisation of the mixing process, minimising of contact between the preparation and air, and easy & hygienic dispensing. The new quick-lock mechanism is now available on all jars to ensure connection speeds are minimised. The specially designed mixing blades perform the mixing process with the ‘sweep-wall’ mechanism and are available in cleanable, re-usable form or in a disposable form.
Furthermore, a variety of nozzles and applicators provides an enhanced patient experience through a simplified and safer application process. In addition, for larger sites, the coupling nozzle allows easier manipulation of small batch preparations into final containers.
